Diego Montesinos

When one teach­es, two learn

Diego was born in 1990, in what is now known as Mexico City. He discovered the wonderful feeling of creating something by coding when he drew a spiral in LOGO at age of 10. From this simple event, Diego studied Computer Science at the Faculty of Science, UNAM.

In his journey, he realized that he didn't want to work on projects that he wouldn't be passionate about and it took a few years of his life to discover how the different possibilities of programming. He firmly believes that computing is an extension of the mind that helps break boundaries in many disciplines of human life, including art and design.

Among his interests are computational geometry and visual arts. Diego loves teaching and has been a professor for three years at the CENTRO University, teaching math and programming for designers.

What was the best concert you ever attended?

A few years ago, I attended the Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark concert. At the beginning, I didn't have many expectations about it, but in the end, it was awesome! The music and the performance on the stage was magic!
