Ecommerce Practice Manager

Kristin Kuhl

Things work out best for those who make the best of how things work out.

John Wooden

Kristin’s experience in the industry as a project manager spans 15 + years, and many titles. Prior to her “migration” north, she worked at Lucky Brand Jeans, assisting with the development of omni and cross-channel strategies — impacting customer retention, brand awareness and the company’s bottom line. Her career experience covers both the B2B and B2C spaces, and is diverse having been involved with digital strategy and marketing, Ecommerce, email marketing, paid search, brand strategy and marketing, advertising, content strategy and marketing, UI/UX, event marketing and logistics and creative direction.

As a former agency Director of Accounts and Operations, Kristin specializes in assimilating the big picture, asking the hard questions, and distilling conversations into actionable progress. Having managed dynamic teams on both the agency and client side, she has deep empathy and awareness in how to support teams large and small. A problem-solver at heart, Kristin strives to keep both Partner and GRAYBOX teams happy by crafting a vision and path of alignment on why we do what we do.

Outside of the office, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and rescue pup, renovating her home, hiking, traveling, gardening, drinking beer and doing yoga (sometimes at the same time) around the PNW. Kristin is excited to join the GRAYBOX team in crafting experiences that build brand loyalty and move the needle for their Partners.

Pie. It’s ludicrous; take some perfectly decent fruit, add sugar and goop, then wrap it into a dry, flat, boring ‘food-vehicle’. I’ll pass thanks!
