Independent fabric retailer local to the Portland-metro area, Fabric Depot came to GRAYBOX looking for a transformation. GRAYBOX worked worked with them to improve the way they managed fabrics throughout every step of their distribution process, including shipping, receiving, and even product search optimization. GRAYBOX was able to improve various marketing efforts, implementing abandoned cart campaigns, and significantly improve their PCI Compliance, by moving servers and improving their website structure.
