Magento 2 Site Adoption

Moccamaster has had a Magento 2 site and they came to GRAYBOX in 2017 when something on their site broke, preventing customers from purchasing anything. Moccamaster worked with other developers prior to reaching out to GRAYBOX to resolve the issue, but they either overwrote the code or simply modified the extension. GRAYBOX was able to find several problems when diagnosing the site, all of which they were able to fix. After the fixes, a comprehensive site audit and code review was done to compile recommendations for improvement moving forward. GRAYBOX is working with Moccamaster to adopt their site and handle their support moving forward.
