Drupal Site Adoption & Support
Within the span of two weeks, GRAYBOX was able to take on the site and implement support systems. GRAYBOX brought the code base at the time, along with the credentials over to their code repository ecosystem. This allowed both support and development teams to review and work with the site on an ongoing basis on the site outside of the production environment moving forward. From there, GRAYBOX provided consistent monthly support monitoring, which encompassed monitoring performance on the site as well.
