When GRAYBOX initially began working with Oregon Reproductive Medicine, despite being one of the top reproductive clinics in the world, they had a substantially manual process of managing their egg donations. Although they are best known for their egg donor program, in a vastly technological world their program wasn't very efficient. This is where GRAYBOX came in. GRAYBOX created an online application process for both donors and potential families that was able to give users on both ends a personal and specific experience, while still complying to HIPAA regulations. So although users were able to find qualities specific to the egg users wanted, they would be given no knowledge of the donor, themself. The online system allowed qualified users to upload photos, add descriptions, and recognize returning users' preferences. Also, once a donor had gone through their maximum of 6 cycles as a donor, the system would automatically remove them. This system has significantly improved Oregon Reproductive Medicine donor experience.

After a lengthy RFP process that stretched from coast to coast we end­ed up hir­ing Paul and his team at GRAY­BOX. Their approach to our web­site project was unique and impres­sive. They’ve always been pro­fes­sion­al, fair, time­ly, and fun to work with. And on bud­get! While oth­er web­site com­pa­nies were pack­aged very nice­ly, with com­pe­tent and lik­able sales peo­ple to pitch their ser­vices, we placed more val­ue on GRAYBOX’s tech­ni­cal exper­tise and more client-focused approach. Our web­site is a big hit inter­nal­ly and exter­nal­ly. We have been extreme­ly pleased with the results.
