GRAYBOX managed the naming, branding, identity, signage, websites, and online marketing for a new shopping development and hotel chain in a small city in North Dakota. On a tight timeline, GRAYBOX got everything up and running in six weeks.
GRAYBOX drove the development and design of both Watford City Suites and Watford City Square logos and other promotional items, including signage for the area. When a man passionate about reviving tourism to Watford City, North Dakota renovated three blocks of the area to create real estate and shopping structures, he reached out to GRAYBOX to create a visual identity. A brand system was developed for both properties, the shopping center and the residential area. In part of their rebranding efforts, GRAYBOX worked on developing both of the websites, along with the implementation of online and traditional marketing campaigns that showcased their brand identity. These efforts generated more than 10 leads a week.
It was fun to build a new brand and identity for their shopping center and hotel in South Dakota. We had a really rapid timeline, and we were able to do market research, naming, colors, fonts, style guides and lots of physical and online collateral really quickly. We think the brands capture the high-end, premium look and feel they wanted.
