GRAYBOX also implemented on-site, paid, and email marketing channels to improve overall ecommerce revenue. Will Leather Goods was able to increase customer engagement, specifically to build a personal relationship with the customers and have the ability to track more engagement for special promotions. A sustainable aspect of this project was ensuring that ongoing tracking mechanisms were improved to better understand user behavior.
