GRAYBOX worked with Will Leather Goods improving paid advertising strategies to reduce waste and align their budget with user groups that would yield better conversions, specifically moving into the holiday season. GRAYBOX also implemented on-site, paid, and email marketing channels to improve overall ecommerce revenue. Will Leather Goods was able to increase customer engagement, specifically to build a personal relationship with the customers and have the ability to track more engagement for special promotions. A sustainable aspect of this project was ensuring that ongoing tracking mechanisms were improved to better understand user behavior.
