Our Approach and Impact

This non-profit that serves adults and families facing homelessness and addiction in the Portland area came to GRAYBOX with the desire to leverage their digital assets to expand their brand presence. An audit was done to evaluate current traffic to the site and provide an analysis to determine opportunities to increase performance and effectiveness. Central City Concern had a clear picture of the potential value of their digital properties, but were seeking strategic and tactical guidance on how to best maximize that value for fast and long-term gains from a partner. GRAYBOX became their partner in providing professional marketing assistance to yield actual results, a need that wasn't being fulfilled by their former partners.
